PAYMENT

Method for payment is by Direct Deposit into the bank account detailed on the invoice

Deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of booking

Full payment within 14 days of the booked event date

CANCELLATIONS

A cancellation 6 months or more before the event date will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit paid

A cancellation in the 6 months prior to the event date will forfeit the entire deposit paid

WET WEATHER ARRANGEMENTS

As we are an outdoor ceremony venue, our booking terms and conditions require that the booking party or event organiser must accept responsibility for a wet weather 'Plan B' should it be required on the day of the event. 

The hire of a marquee or other shelter/covering as an alternative arrangement for inclement weather conditions is the sole responsibility of the booking party/event organisers. 

SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES

In an effort to minimise risk, we require that the booking party/event organisers are required to communicate to event guests the boundaries of the venue.
