It is designed to impress with gorgeous decor, abundant premium florals, high-quality styling items, and a formal dining atmosphere.

 

Perfect for up to 60 guests, this package delivers a stunning "wow factor" with carefully curated details and a seamless, meticulously-detailed celebration.

Availability: Everyday, customisable to your numbers, services, time, and day.
 

 

Services:
A Certified Civil Celebrant to officiate the ceremony.
A Wedding Planner to handle all the planning and coordination.

Decor / Styling / Furniture:
Ceremony chairs, registry table and mat. Breathtaking styling elements with hardwood tables & modern chairs. A Lounge setting with pillows and throws to match your colours. Stunning table set-ups with table cloths and runners. Elegant classic crockery and cutlery, stunning candles set-up on tables, table numbers, wishing well and welcome sign. Gift and cake table, cake stand & knife.


Florals: 

A lush display of greenery along with exquisite premium blooms that compliment your colour scheme, creating a breathtaking first impression. A stunning bridal bouquet accompanied by a matching buttonhole, 2 large exquisite floral statements that can be repurposed for the reception and elegant table and bud vase arrangements, thoughtfully placed throughout the venue.


Furniture:
Beautiful hardwood tables with modern chairs for formal dining, or a combination of wine barrels and hardwood tables and chairs for cocktail-style dining.


Catering:

Catering is a Formal Sit-down Reception . A Feast of shared plates on each table. Post Ceremony Grazing or canapés. Menu options will be offered.


Bar:

You can nominate your own TAB $value and choose from whole bar stock.


Cake:

Double tier, with various flavours options available.


Photography:

Four hours of coverage. Any extras provided depends on the photographer of choice.

Other Inclusions:
Equipment, such as an easel, lectern, fairy lights, audio & Mic. and X-Beam greenery in the Glasshouse is complimentary.

2025: 8 hours /60 people - $31,600 + GST

2026: 8 hours /60 people - $33,300 + GST

The above prices are a guide based on an event for 60 people for 8 hours. Your price can be tailored depending on your customisations, like number of guests, event duration, and add-ons, which will be discussed at your viewing.

NEXT STEPS

For Your Wedding In The Glasshouse 

​

Schedule a private viewing at Montvale where we will discuss the finer details of your event including your number of guests, wedding duration and any other customisations to your package.

 

After our meeting together, we’ll send you a proposal, which includes an invoice for your deposit, and a ‘Terms & Conditions’ contract. 

A deposit of 25% of the package price is required to secure the booking. 


Once your deposit has been received we’ll begin the planning of your wedding.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Montvale offers Ceremony and Reception professionally planned packages, tailored to your taste.

 

OR, you can choose to utilise our Wedding Planner to create your own bespoke package from scratch.

​

Saturdays are reserved for Ceremonies with Receptions.

 

‘Ceremony only’ bookings, and ‘Reception only’ bookings, can be made for Saturdays if the booking is made with short notice (within 6 months) and the chosen date is available.

​

A booking on the Montvale Estate includes the exclusive use of the areas chosen for your event. The venue has a maximum capacity of 60 people and a Sunshine Coast Council requirement means that the Estate must close its gates at 10pm.

 

There is abundant accommodation within walking distance, and onsite parking with overflow available.

​

A booking is confirmed with a 25% deposit. We then arrange a meeting with our Wedding Planner to start the wedding planning process.

​

Montvale is not a DIY venue.


Montvale is a no-smoking venue.

​

Children are welcome to attend ceremonies, however for receptions, we welcome those over the age of 16 years. Those under 16 years may stay for dinner before departing.
