The Micro Wedding Package is a beautifully curated, intimate wedding experience that’s perfect for couples who want an elegant and sophisticated, modern and beautifully styled, stress-free celebration with their closest loved ones, all in the Montvale Glasshouse.
Designed for up to 20 guests, this package includes everything you need for a meaningful ceremony and a reception, all within 4 hours.
A celebration that focuses on elegance and connection, without the formality of a large-scale wedding.

Includes:
A Certified Civil Celebrant to officiate the ceremony
A Wedding Planner to handle all the planning and coordination
Decor / Styling / Furniture: Ceremony chairs, registry table and mat. Reception styling for either formal or casual dining with a mixture of tables/chairs and wine barrels/bar stools. Lounge setting with pillows and throws to match your colours. Table Cloths/Runners. Candles / Lanterns. Cake table with cake stand & knife, wishing well & welcome sign.
Florals: Elegant floral arrangements to match your colours. Including a bridal bouquet with a matching buttonhole, ceremony arrangements, and table & bud vases distributed amongst the furnishings.
Catering: Either Shared Plates or a combination of Canapés & Fork n Talk. Menu options will be offered.
Bar: A Bar Tab where you nominate the $value
Cake: Single tier, various flavours options available
Other Inclusions: Easel, Lectern, Fairy Lights, Audio & Microphone, X-Beam Greenery. Furniture is complimentary.​

Montvale offers Ceremony and Reception professionally planned packages, tailored to your taste.
OR, you can choose to utilise our Wedding Planner to create your own bespoke package from scratch.

Saturdays are reserved for Ceremonies with Receptions.
‘Ceremony only’ bookings, and ‘Reception only’ bookings, can be made for Saturdays if the booking is made with short notice (within 6 months) and the chosen date is available.
​
A booking on the Montvale Estate includes the exclusive use of the areas chosen for your event. The venue has a maximum capacity of 60 people and a Sunshine Coast Council requirement means that the Estate must close its gates at 10pm.
There is abundant accommodation within walking distance, and onsite parking with overflow available.

A booking is confirmed with a 25% deposit. We then arrange a meeting with our Wedding Planner to start the wedding planning process.
​
Montvale is not a DIY venue.
Montvale is a no-smoking venue.
​
Children are welcome to attend ceremonies, however for receptions, we welcome those over the age of 16 years. Those under 16 years may stay for dinner before departing.
There are no restrictions for babies in prams.
