Our Micro Wedding Package is incredibly popular, providing a unique and personal experience tailored to your preferences.

 

Imagine four enchanting hours filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments, all within the ethereal beauty of the Glasshouse.

 

Our customisable Micro Wedding Package is designed to cater to your wishes, ensuring that your special day is a true reflection of your desires.

 

Experience the joy and emotion of your wedding day in a setting as unique and beautiful as your love.

Location: The Glasshouse

Capacity: FLEXIBLE up to 40 people

Duration: FLEXIBLE hours up to 5 hours

 

Services: CUSTOMISABLE

Availability: Everyday, customisable to your numbers, services, time, and day.
 

 

Officiant: Certified Civil Celebrant 
 

Decor & Styling: Includes a welcome board, wishing well, lanterns & candles, table setting & linen, table numbers, place mats, and styling to match your chosen colour scheme

 

Florals: Including a Bridal Bouquet, Boutonniere, 2 large floral statements and table & bud vases complimenting the bridal suite

 

Furniture: a combination of wine barrels and hardwood tables and chairs for relaxed dining

 

Catering: Roaming canapés and finger food. Menu options will be offered

 

Bar: A Bar Tab where you nominate the $value

 

Cake: Single tier, butter cream, with various flavours available

 

Other Inclusions: (for The Glasshouse setting) Easel, Lectern, Fairy Lights, Audio & Microphone, X-Beam Greenery

Our Micro-Wedding package also includes the services of a professional Wedding Planner to handle all the planning and coordination, ensuring a seamless and stress-free day for you & your love to enjoy.

Pricing Guide:

2025:   4 hours /20 people - $14,900 +GST            

2025:   4 hours /40 people - $16,600 +GST


2026:   4 hours /20 people - $15,800 +GST           

2026:   4 hours /40 people - $17,700 +GST

The above prices are a guide. Your price can be tailored depending on your customisations, like number of guests, event duration, and add-ons, which will be discussed at your viewing.

NEXT STEPS

For Your Micro Wedding in The Glasshouse 

Schedule a private viewing at Montvale where we will discuss the finer details of your event including your number of guests, wedding duration and any other customisations to your package.

 

After our meeting together, we’ll send you a proposal, which includes an invoice for your deposit, and a ‘Terms & Conditions’ contract. 

A deposit of 25% of the package price is required to secure the booking. 


Once your deposit has been received we’ll begin the planning of your wedding.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Montvale offers Ceremony and Reception professionally planned packages, tailored to your taste.

 

OR, you can choose to utilise our Wedding Planner to create your own bespoke package from scratch.

Saturdays are reserved for Ceremonies with Receptions.

 

‘Ceremony only’ bookings, and ‘Reception only’ bookings, can be made for Saturdays if the booking is made with short notice (within 6 months) and the chosen date is available.

A booking on the Montvale Estate includes the exclusive use of the areas chosen for your event. The venue has a maximum capacity of 60 people and a Sunshine Coast Council requirement means that the Estate must close its gates at 10pm.

 

There is abundant accommodation within walking distance, and onsite parking with overflow available.

A booking is confirmed with a 25% deposit. We then arrange a meeting with our Wedding Planner to start the wedding planning process.

Montvale is not a DIY venue.


Montvale is a no-smoking venue.

Children are welcome to attend ceremonies, however for receptions, we welcome those over the age of 16 years. Those under 16 years may stay for dinner before departing.
