ABOUT THE GLASS HOUSE
Montvale's newest addition, The Glass House, is available for bookings.
This stunning chapel was built using reclaimed timber from Garden Island Navy Wharf, Sydney; Eltham Rail Trestle Bridge, Vic and Oregon timber from an old School House in Victoria.
These weathered beams tower upward creating a breathtaking effect that draws the eye upwards, through the glass above and into the thick canopy.
The build was done with minimum impact on the building's surrounds, preserving the existing tree life and gardens.
The Glass House takes on a cozy feel in winter thanks to its fireplace, a stunning feature of Stonemason crafted Eidsvold Siltstone.
For the summer months, the 6m high ceiling, velux windows, and reverse cycle air conditioning, ensure that this stunning space is an oasis of cool, fresh air even on the most scorching summer day.
The Glass House is wheelchair accessible with accessible bathroom facilities.
Suitable for ceremonies and receptions for boutique weddings, this is a breathtaking new space.
